Although born in Hamburg in 1975, I grew up in Steinfurt in the Münsterland (Germany). |

I studied Physics in Giessen (Germany) and earned a Ph.D. in Theoretical Atomic Physics from the University of Giessen in 2005. |

Continuing my way southwards, I moved to Konstanz (Germany) and spent a year at the ETH in Zurich doing further research and giving tutorials in Mathematics. |

In 2006, I left the pure science track and joined Hepp Wenger Ryffel AG. |

I enjoy combining my interests in science, engineering, and pondering details in the realm of intellectual property right. Taking part in the most modern developments and learning about so many diverse technical fields every day makes my work even more fascinating.
